How to Place an Order– Easy as 1-2-3:

1. SELECTION

Look through your scrapbook and photos in your home and select the ones needing to be repaired or altered.

2. MAILING

We know how much you treasure your photos so call or email us with the best method you want to send in the photos;

EMAIL

Email the scanned image if you already have the image

SCAN/MAIL

Bring photos or scrapbook to Kinkos, Walgreens, Walmart, etc to have them scanned & store on a CD.

MAIL

Send the photos or scrapbook page(s) via Postal Service of your choice with a good tracking system. Place photos between two pieces of cardboard or similar protection and write on the back of each or add a post-it to each with a name or number to reference the photo. The cardboard should be a bit larger than the largest photo. Use a padded envelope or special "Photo Mailer" package if you wish. Shipping containers should be marked "Do not bend" on both sides. PICKUP

We can also arrange for pickup is located in the PA Delaware Valley area for an additional charge.

3. PROCESSING

Once we have received the photos we will notify you by email or call you that processing as started and you will be charged for the order. We may also send you a list of each photo (w small thumbnail picture) if there are more than 10 in the order. Once a photo is received and inspected, we can usually complete the work in a couple days.

4. PAYMENT OPTIONS

We will provide you with an Order # to use at our secured website where you can complete the purchase using cash, check, or PayPal.
